Education:

He graduated from the National Mining University majoring in "Management of Foreign Economic Activity". He also studied at the Ukrainian School of Political Studies, at the Aspen Institute Kyiv in the program “Values ​​and Society” and completed the Francis Fukuyama and Mary Hilderbrand program "The Role of Public Policy in Private Sector Development" at the Ukrainian Catholic University in partnership with Stanford University. Fluent in English.

Work experience:

He has a total of almost 15 years of civil service experience.

For two years, he worked as a logistics and business manager in private companies.

In 2005-2009, he worked at the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast State Administration.

In 2010, he joined the team of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Ukraine focused on ​​environmental monitoring.

For several years, he worked in government agencies, including the Ministry of Regional Development, Building and Housing of Ukraine, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine, and the Administration of the President of Ukraine.

In 2017, he served as Deputy Head of the Mykolaiv Oblast State Administration.

During 2018-2021, he served as Director General of the Directorate for Strategic Planning and European Integration of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine.

During 2021-2022, he was the Head of the State Service for Maritime, Inland Waterway Transport and Shipping of Ukraine.

In 2023, he held the position of the Head of the State Institution "State Hydrography".

By order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 631-r of 18 July 2023, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
