Born in 1967. Education: Graduated from the Kyiv Automobile and Highway Institute (currently the National Transport University) in the Engineer speciality with honours. He also graduated from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in the Science of Law speciality. MBA at the Institute of International Business Relations (Germany). Passed courses of Executive Education at the Harvard Business School and INSEAD. Work experience: He has extensive work experience in the security and defence sector and in the field of mechanical engineering. He held managerial positions at the Luhansk Cartridge Works, AvtoKrAZ Holding Company, Corum Group and ICDI Group. During 2019-2022, he was the Deputy General Director for Production, Acting General Director of Ukroboronprom State Concern. By the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 484-r dated 17 June 2022, he was appointed to the position of the Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine. |
Coordinates development of proposals and implementation of adopted decisions concerning:
- implementation of state economic policy in the field of security and defence;
- formulation and implementation of state policy in the field of state stockpile.
Organizes work related to ensuring the fulfillment of the Minister’s powers to direct and coordinate the activities of the State Service for Export Control of Ukraine and the State Reserve Agency of Ukraine.
Responsible for directing, coordinating and controlling performance of:
- Economy, Security and Defence Department;
- Section of Public Policy in the field of Public Material Reserve;
- Sector of organizational and analytical support for the work of the Deputy Minister.
