Born in 1986.

Education:

Graduated from the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas in 2008 with a Master's Degree (with honours) in Accounting and Auditing. He also studied at the one-year banking programme at Poznan University of Economics (Poland), the CEO Development Programme at Kyiv Mohyla Business School, the Board Direction Programme at the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Academy and INSEAD, and the Digital Finance Certification Programme at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management (Germany). In 2016, Volodymyr Kuzyo received the diploma of Dealer in International Financial Markets from The ACI-Financial Market Association (France).

Work experience:

From 2008 to 2013, he worked as an economist and deputy head of the interbank operations department, head of the financial risk management department and director of the treasury department at PJSC Idea Bank.

In 2013-2017, he held the position of Member of the Management Board of PJSC "Idea Bank".

In 2017-2019, Volodymyr Kuzyo held the positions of Director of the Investment Policy Department and Director of the Treasury Department of PJSC "Ukrzaliznytsia".

In 2019-2021, he headed the Non-Bank Financial Institutions and Capital Markets Division of the USAID Financial Sector Transformation Project. He also advised the USAID Energy Security Project and the international development company DAI Global LLC (USA), and was an advisor to the Centre for Economic Strategy on the reform of Ukraine's railway infrastructure.

In 2021-2023, he held the positions of Executive Director and Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Bank Lviv Joint-Stock Commercial Bank, where he was responsible for investor relations, international finance and treasury.

By the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 665-r of 01 August 2023, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
