The Government has approved a decision to allocate UAH 565 million from the state budget reserve fund to Mykolaiv and Kherson Oblast State Administrations to provide financial assistance to the affected population as a result of the Russian Federation's blowing up of Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant dam.
