The government extended the validity of a number of registration and permit documents in the field of state export control for the wartime period.

They include:

• certificates of registration of economic entities as entities for international transfers of goods;
• certificates of authorization for non-state expert examination of goods in the field of state export control;
• certificates of state attestation of the corporate export control system created by the entity for international transfers of goods.

In the event that such documents expire, economic entities are not required to renew them at the State Service for Export Control of Ukraine. They will remain valid throughout the period of martial law and for 3 months after its end. 

We would also like to remind that term licenses and permit documents are currently automatically extended in terms of economic activity.
