Education:

Has two higher educations. The first was received at the Dnipropetrovsk University of Railway Transport Engineers, majoring in “Ecology and Environmental Protection”, receiving a diploma with honours. Received second higher education, majoring in “Management of Foreign Economic Activity” at the Tavrida National University.

Studied at the Kyiv School of Economics under the program “Advanced Training in Public Procurement”. Also completed the course “Public Procurement for Central Procurement Organizations” at the WU Executive Academy (faculty of the Vienna University of Economics).

Work experience:

From 2009 to 2015, worked at Kyivstar, in particular, as a Customer Relations Manager and Marketing Manager.

In 2015, held the position of Deputy General Director of Prozorro State Enterprise.

Since 2016, worked as the Head of Tender Procedures Department at Ukrposhta PJSC.

In 2018, moved to the position of Deputy General Director for Procurement at Medical Procurement of Ukraine State Enterprise.

Since September 2019, worked as a Head of Procurement at Ukroboronprom State Concern.

By order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 614-r dated 19 July 2022, was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.

Coordinates development of proposals and implementation of adopted decisions concerning:

- formulation and implementation of the state public procurement policy;

- development of competitive relations;

- formulation and implementation, within the powers prescribed by law, of the state financial, budgetary and tax policy, drawing up the Budget Declaration;

- formulation and implementation of the state price policy;

- issues of development of the real sector of the economy, functioning of the fuel and energy complex.

Responsible for directing, coordinating and controlling performance of:

- Department of Public Procurement and Competitive Policy;

- Department of Development of the Real Sector of the Economy;

- Department of Financial Policy;

- Sector for organizational and analytical support of the Deputy Minister’s work.
