Ukrainian deminers set an all-time record for clearing agricultural land last week. Units of the State Emergency Service, the Ministry of Defence, the State Special Transport Service and private mine action operators surveyed 19,485 ha of land subject to priority inspection and, where necessary, demining. -

The state will provide 362 Ukrainians with microgrants for business start-up and development under the Vlasna Sprava program worth UAH 85 million based on the results of the seventh wave of applications. Since the beginning of 2023, 1,917 entrepreneurs have already become winners of the program, and more than 5,000 since its launch in July last year. This was reported by Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Tetiana Berezhna. -

As of 26 May 2023, the Export Credit Agency has already supported commodity exports worth UAH 1.24 billion. At the same time, the ECA’s insurance liability amounted to UAH 312.07 million. This means that each Ukrainian hryvnia of export support provided through the ECA in 2023 potentially generates UAH 3.97 in foreign exchange earnings.
