First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yuliia Svyrydenko has discussed with international insurers the implementation of the first projects on a mechanism to reduce the cost of shipping insurance in the territorial waters of Ukraine, as well as the development of similar mechanisms for other types of exports. This was the subject of a video call with Crispin Ellison, Senior Partner of Marsh McLennan, the world’s largest risk management consultancy. -

Next year, UAH 7 billion will be channelled to the implementation of active employment programmes that will cover about 200,000 Ukrainians. The World Bank Group and the Ministry of Economy are developing a strategy to support the private sector to consolidate various government programmes for small and medium-sized businesses to increase their efficiency. The panel discussion took place on December 5 within the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change COP 28.
