Chukhno A. «Actual problems of the development of economic theory on the
modern stage» – New processes inherent in the
informational post-industrial economy and the necessity of a civilizational
approach in economic theory are clarified. The reasons for profound changes in
the society’s development and in the state of people are demonstrated, and the
regularity of the transformation of an economic person into a creative one is
shown. The interconnection of the transition to a post-industrial society and
the formation of a modern mechanism of functioning of the economy aimed at the
realization of this transition, as well as the necessity to enhance the role of
science in the economy’s development, are substantiated.

A. Skrypnyk, A. Vdovychenko. «Determinants of the corruption in Ukraine»
– On the basis of the statistical analysis of data of observations of the
corruption level and data on the relevant economic and social indices, the
corruption determinants on a global scale are determined. It is clarified that
the corruption level of Ukraine’s
society can be decreased due to the improvement of the indices characterizing a
level of economic freedom and the impartiality of judges.
L. Mel’lnyk, D. Gorobchenko. «Main methods of the formation of prices of
the telecommunication services under conditions of a controlled market» – The authors present the contemporary methods of application
of the tariffs on telecommunication services under conditions where the
formation of an equilibrium price is impossible. The most spread methods of
calculations of the expenses which are in use among operators and controlling
bodies under the formation of tariffs are discussed.

V. Kudryashov «Financing a deficit of the state’s budget» – The content of financing a deficit of the state’s budget as
a lever of the fiscal policy is refined, and the mechanisms of its influence on
the economy’s development are determined. The directions of a target use of
involved resources are substantiated with regard for the economic crisis. The
author proposes to use the resources mainly in solving the long-term problems
of Ukraine’s
development and for the prevention of worsening a situation in the financial
sphere.

Theoretical and methodological aspects of the use of synergetics in the study

economic mechanisms of the protocol, their strong and weak features,
possibilities and preconditions for the application of pliable mechanisms in
Ukraine, and results of their use.
