The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has published the text of the Plan for the implementation of the European Union's Ukraine Facility programme. The overall coordination of the preparation of the Plan was carried out by the Ministry team. According to the Plan, during the years 2024-2027, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine will fulfill a total of 27 indicators, including 4 investment indicators.
Ukraine has received 4.5 billion euros of bridge financing from the European Union within the framework of the Ukraine Facility programme. This was announced by the First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine and the Minister of Economy of Ukraine, Yuliia Svyrydenko.
The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and big business started work to implement investment projects in promising sectors of the Ukrainian economy, and also discussed the possibilities of building strong international partnerships on the Ukraine Business Compact (UBC) platform, which has already been joined by more than 700 international companies.
In 2024, the Export Credit Agency (ECA) insured seven loans worth UAH 28 million issued to Ukrainian exporters and one foreign economic activity (FEA) agreement. Thus, domestic exports were supported for the amount of UAH 310 million. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Volodymyr Kuzio.
Since the beginning of 2024, Ukrainians have taken out loans under the eOselia programme to purchase more than 1,800 apartments and 21 private houses. The total amount of mortgage loans issued is UAH 3 billion. Since the start of the programme, 8,160 families have already received loans worth UAH 12.5 billion. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Nadiia Bihun.
Since the start of 2024, 4,516 entrepreneurs have received loans under the Affordable Loans at 5-7-9 programme totalling UAH 18 billion. Last week, 643 entrepreneurs received such loans for UAH 2.4 billion. Since the launch of the programme (February 2020), 83,500 loans worth UAH 285.1 billion have been issued.
