Ukraine received the second tranche of €1.5 billion under the "Ukraine Facility" programme On Wednesday, 24 April, Ukraine received €1.5 billion in transitional funding for the "Ukraine Facility". According to the schedule of payments under the programme proposed by the European Commission to the member states, the state budget should receive €16 billion of financial support from the European Union in 2024.

"Made in Ukraine": the new "Borschiv" industrial park will specialise in deep processing of agricultural products Processing and production facilities, 1,500 jobs and investments in the region's economy – these are the results expected by the initiators of the "BORSCHIV" industrial park in Ternopil region. At a meeting on 23 April, the Government made a decision to include this industrial park in the Register of Industrial Parks.

In particular, to expand business relations in the field of investment and trade, the Japanese partners will open their JETRO office in Kyiv. The governments of both countries are also working to update the Agreement between Ukraine and Japan on the Promotion and Protection of Investments.

Synergy of the efforts of the Government and business gives very good results in establishing cooperation with Western partners: Nadiia Bihun Strengthening cooperation and establishing new ties between Ukrainian and Dutch manufacturers was the key goal of the working trip of the Ukrainian delegation led by Deputy Minister of Economy Nadiia Bihun to the province of Overijssel in the Netherlands. During the visit, members of the delegation, which also included representatives of Ukrainian enterprises, met with the management of companies located in Overijssel and local authorities.

German business is interested in increasing investments in key sectors of the Ukrainian economy: Yuliia Svyrydenko The Ukrainian side presented to the German delegation both the urgent needs of the energy sector that have arisen after the recent rocket attacks by Russia and investment opportunities in key sectors of the national economy - energy, transport and logistics, agro-processing, mining of critical materials and green metallurgy. This was stated by Yuliia Svyrydenko, First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine - Minister of Economy of Ukraine, during a meeting with Robert Habeck, Vice Chancellor and Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Action of Germany.
